My heart is heavy today over the tragedy that took place in Connecticut and for all those who have been impacted. I lift up prayers for the families who have lost their children, children who probably already have Christmas presents wrapped under their trees at home. Holiday seasons that will forever be shadowed by the memory of the precious child that was lost today. I will hold my own children a little bit closer.
"I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world." John 16:33
