Michigan

This past weekend, we headed over to Michigan to spend some time with some of our dearest friends: Tyler, Laura, and Isaac.  It was such a wonderful couple of days!  No internet, no clocks, no plans, just good food, amazing company, and time together.  We arrived late Saturday night (early Sunday morning, rather) and left again around noon Monday, but it was so refreshing and just what we needed!  It was good to catch up and talk about life and faith with people who understand us so perfectly.  The weather was beautiful on Sunday, so we got some outdoor time and were even able to go swimming!  Ryan celebrated his birthday on Sunday, too, so we had some cupcakes in his honor.  Unfortunately, just a few photos--I had hoped for a family photo and a group photo, but somehow we managed to forget:
