Brothers Reunite

This past Saturday, Abe's train arrived at the Milwaukee Intermodal Station at 2:30 on the dot.  We enjoyed a brief 24 hours with my parents before they headed home, this time leaving Abe here with us again.

I totally loved giving Charlie some quality one-on-one time (and I think he loved it too!!), but it just isn't quite the same to be in your own home, doing daily life, without all of your family present!  We're thankful that Abe had a great time with family in IL and is back home safe and sound.

While we have all thoroughly enjoyed having him home again, I think Charlie just might be the happiest of all.  They have played so very well together these past couple of days, and Charlie seems to be sleeping better, too!  (They share a room, if that clarifies for anyone who wondered what the connection there was...)

Having fun together:

And a couple of Abe's first train ride!

My parents said Abe was just glued to the window for a long time:

We're so glad to have you home, little man!
